Scanline Term v0.3.2
Highlights
- The display module has been extracted into the separate Scanline Virtual Screen (SVS) repository.
- Improved heuristic smooth scrolling;
- Ctrl+C now correctly stops the child process; continuous terminal output no longer blocks the UI queue.
- Fixed virtual-screen sizing outside "Physical Window's pixels" mode.
- Fixed the block cursor obscuring text: text now renders above it, and the cursor uses a contrasting color.

Scanline Term v0.2
What’s new in 0.2 (beta):
- Each tab now has its own independent settings for CRT effects, fonts, colors, virtual screen resolution, etc.
- Introduces CRT presets. The package now includes profiles that emulate classic terminals experience, including DEC VT100/200, IBM2278, monitors/videoadapters like IBM PC MDA, PS/2 VGA, sVGA, etc., as well as "signature presets".
- The built-in browser has been significantly improved; it now features a customizable homepage and supports opening pop-ups (within the same window), downloading files, and opening local files (HTML and PDF).
- New emulated CRT subsystems have been introduced, such as shadow mask and color beam convergence.
- Font settings/handling have been improved.
- Gaps in vertical pseudographic lines in terminal have been eliminated (partially).
- [Experimental] Basic ability to load images into the terminal tab (mostly for shader testing and fun, but maybe useful in the future for implementing Kitty protocol).
- Many minor improvements & bugfixes.
