Source and docs cleanup. Linux installers are the same builds as 1.0.0 (not rebuilt). Windows has a fresh NSIS installer from this tag. Dualis is on-device vocal and instrumental stem separation for Linux and Windows: paste a Spotify or YouTube Music link, download locally, split vocals from the mix with ONNX, and play both stems in sync.

What changed in source

• Dropped leftover Stems product ids (dev.z3itt.stems, stems:ui, stems-build). App data stays under com.z3itt.dualis.
• README lists Windows as NSIS .exe only (no MSI).
