Patch release on top of 3.5.1: OTA reliability + ESP-IDF 5.5 / arduino-esp32 3.x modernization.

- Auto-update over HTTPS now actually replaces the running firmware: downloadSHA256() previously returned the full shasum-format line ("<hex>  <filename>") instead of just the 64-char hash, so verifyStagedPartition's hash compare always failed silently. Extract the first whitespace-delimited token. Latent since v3.x; the WebUI path masked it because Update.h-with-U_SPIFFS partial-writes survived the post-mismatch abort.
- Firmware OTA pull uses esp_https_ota for proper passive-slot staging, image-len verification and atomic boot-pointer flip (replaces HTTPClient + Update.write loop).
- Switch to native IDF mdns_* (espressif__mdns component) instead of arduino-esp32 ESPmDNS wrapper.
- Use canonical NetworkClient / NetworkClientSecure names (arduino-esp32 3.x renamed WiFiClient*).
- Restore GIT_TAG embed for tagged builds so /api/settings reports the release tag (PlatformIO parity).
