Installation

1. The mod

Minecraft 1.21.1, on either loader:

  • NeoForgeCozyCIT-neoforge-1.21.1-<version>.jar into mods
  • FabricCozyCIT-fabric-1.21.1-<version>.jar into mods, plus Fabric API

Forge is not supported.

2. The packs

The mod converts packs; without them it has nothing to convert. At minimum you need both Mizuno packs:

Pack Download
Mizuno's 16 Craft — CIT pack bit.ly/3U0AKdL (JE CIT 1.19.4-1.1)
Mizuno's 16 Craft — regular resource pack bit.ly/42vM980 (JE 1.20-1.0)

Both are Mizuno's own download links from the official site. The site's own download page is currently broken, which is why they're linked directly here.

The pack's Minecraft version doesn't matter. The mod reads the files directly rather than loading them as a resource pack, and both are verified working on 1.21.1.

Why the regular pack too? Several CIT furniture pieces reuse textures from the regular pack. Without it those pieces fall back to vanilla textures and look wrong. Enabling the regular pack as your active resource pack is also the easiest way to get the look the furniture was drawn for — but that's optional, it only has to be present.

Other supported packs are optional — see Supported Packs.

3. Where the folder is

Drop the .zip files (don't unzip them) into resourcepacks:

Launcher Path
Vanilla launcher %appdata%\.minecraft\resourcepacks (Windows) · ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks (macOS) · ~/.minecraft/resourcepacks (Linux)
CurseForge app Right-click the instance → Open Folderresourcepacks
Prism / MultiMC Select the instance → Folder.minecraft/resourcepacks
Modrinth App Instance → Open folderresourcepacks

You do not need to activate the packs in the in-game pack menu. The mod reads them from the folder directly.

4. Restart

The mod scans for packs once, while the game is loading. Adding a pack while the game is running has no effect — restart Minecraft after you add or remove packs.

Checking it worked

Open the creative inventory: there should be a Cozy CIT tab with pack buttons down its left side. In survival, put oak planks into a stonecutter and you should see furniture options.

If nothing appears, the game will tell you in chat when you join a world, and Troubleshooting covers the rest.
