i made npx zksync-cli create demo --template hardhat_solidity
now when i do
npm run compile
i got

Hi @manylov, I just tried and wasn't able to reproduce the error. Are you consistently seeing this issue? If so, could you try to update your version of node/npm to see if that helps?

@manylov thanks for trying that. I see someone else encountered a similar issue here, could you try using the steps in the answer there?

i've tried this, it doesn't help.
i guess it is some mess on my machine
i've tried to do it on another one, everything worked
so, thanks for your help, we can mute this issue, i'll try to clean somehow my os

I somehow resolved this issue with help of claude code. Sadly, I i'm not quite sure what was it. If I'm not mistaken, it was related to the node/NPM installation path or something like this

Thanks. Claude solution is to add this to the package.json
Solution 1: Downgrade Axios (Recommended)
The plugin is compatible with Axios version 0.27.x but not with 1.x. Add this to your package.json:
