Implemented own data base to use for the open house to present to those who are interested.

Sprint 10 Release

Made some small UI changes to Admin Page functionality and added new functionality to the backend side to make it compatible with CAS.

Added functionality to the admin page, added DARS auto-population functionality, and created a database to store sample data and eventually real data.

Added admin page, implemented react-bootstrap for better UI and responsive design.

Updated routes to allow for page switching.
Updated pages to make sure they used routes correctly.

Added a walkthrough document to diagrams along with a screenshot for UI testing.
Did work on testing routes, but we have been bottlenecked by the routes themselves.
Corrected route filepaths.
Fixed issues with running instance of the webpage.
Updated route actions.

Added the test folder containing 10 route tests
