Environment
- Server OS: Linux Rocky 8
- Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari
- Znuny version: 7.1.6
Expected behavior
Generic Agent is able to process tickets that are archived.
Actual behavior
In GenericAgent's section "Select tickets" there is parameter "Archive" missing. Therefore GenericAgent processes only non-archived tickets.
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Admin->GenericAgent
- Click on Add Job
- Scroll down to "Select Tickets"
- There is parameter for archived tickets missing
Additional information
Archived ti kets parameter is present in "Update/Add Ticket Attributes" section of GenericAgent. So you can archive tickets using GA but you just can't restore them from archive, because you can't select archived tickets in previous section.
