Quran Caption v3.6.13

This update improves the style editor, adds resizable panels, adds local font importing with font previews, and fixes several export and preview issues.

Style Editor

• Fully reworked the video style editor UI

  The style interface is now much easier to navigate.

  Styles are now better organized into categories, unnecessary options are hidden when not needed, and assigning styles to your video should feel much clearer.

Editor Layout

• Added resizable panels and timeline

  You can now resize the main parts of the editor using the cursor, including:

  • left panel
  • right panel
  • timeline
  • editor sections across different tabs

  This makes it easier to adapt the interface to your screen size and preferred workflow.

Fonts

• Added local font file importing

  You can now import font files directly into Quran Caption, such as:

  • .ttf
  • .otf
  • other supported font formats

  This means you no longer need to install the font on your computer before using it in a project.

• Added font preview picker

  The font family selector now shows a preview of each font, making it easier to choose the right style visually.

Update Modal

• Added a blinking update icon in the title bar

  After closing the update modal, you can now reopen it from the title bar when an update is available.

Export

• Fixed Arabic subtitle export when using Plain Arabic Text

  Subtitle exports now correctly respect the selected Arabic format instead of always exporting glyphs.

Preview

• Fixed an issue where the timeline cursor could keep moving after pausing the preview.
