Quran Caption v3.6.20

This update adds recitation-only video export, improves asset management in the video editor, and fixes several modal layering issues.

Export

  • Added recitation-only video export

    A new option is available in Export → Advanced Settings.

    When enabled, Quran Caption exports only the Quran recitation parts of the project and skips non-recitation sections such as:

    • takbir
    • taslim
    • long silences

    This is especially useful when working with recordings from salah, where the audio may contain parts outside of the actual Quran recitation.

Project Assets

  • Reworked the project assets section in the video editor

    The assets UI is now cleaner and easier to use.

  • Added the ability to add multiple assets to the timeline at once

    You can now select multiple assets using:

    • Ctrl + Left Click
    • Select All

    Then add them to the timeline together.

  • Quran Caption now remembers your response to the dimension prompt

    If you already answered the prompt once, it will not ask you again unnecessarily.

Settings

  • Fixed settings modal layering

    The settings modal now correctly appears above other dialogs.

AI Translation

  • Fixed AI translation modal layering issue

    This fixes a z-index problem where a vertical bar could appear above the modal.
