Initial public release of Papers CLI. Includes official arXiv search and download support, bioRxiv DOI lookup and download support, a local SQLite metadata database, SHA-256 content-addressed PDF storage, stable JSON output, and macOS/Linux paths. Install the executable from this exact release with: uv tool install git+https://github.com/zydtiger/papers-cli.git@v0.1.0
