RBCA stands for Role Based Access Control. With RBCA, you can control what users are able to do.
RBAC is a way of restricting access by assigning "roles". Different roles will have different levels of access than others. For instance, users would have access to their accounts, but not access to edit the application itself.
RBCA makes things more efficient and secure. With RBCA, you reduce the amount of work and paperwork IT staff need to go through to set up user accounts. And it complies more with governmental regulations.
