Agenda

Rewrite the README.md at the top level.
Stack processing pipeline.
Management of AWS resources
- Set Alex to manager of the IAM group.
- Add Kevin so that he can Sync between birdstore S3 and Glacier.
- Create an interface that allows users to move data from Glacier to S3.
- Make Data public with "downloader pays".
Better file organization.
- Create a table that describes each stack.
- Volume and 3d rendering. (Paraview)
- An all-inclusive directory tree for users.
