S3 organization

Rawdata is organized well.

Sent a slack to Yuncongs about organizing data. Making a backup copy and then removing all inessential files.

Glacier

• Change Lifecycle on mousebrainatlas-rawdata and other buckets to keep data on S3 unless unused for 2 weeks.

Code organization

  • Move to the main Repo. Clean up.
  • COMPLETE the pipeline relative to Yuncong's pipeline (https://github.com/mistycheney/MouseBrainAtlas/blob/master/doc/Preprocessing.md)

Preprocessing

• Clean up preprocessing code, goal for next next meeting: consolidate notebooks and scripts into the same directory (scripts go into subdirectory lib/). Test and Clean up to first GUI step at least.
