Meeting 12 12 2018

Itinerary

• Finish the two brains (MD585, UCSD001)
  • Check MD585 classifiers. Consolidate descriptions of which classifiers work on which stains
• Package the two driving notebooks into scripts
• Run on EC2, make sure you have all dependancies. Create an image or a docker.
• Test out admin credentials for the Datajoint server
