Defining the development repository. This repository, which is the one alex is currently working on, should be forked into a new repository, under ActiveBrainAtlas called MouseBrainAtlas_dev. This should be the repository from now on. Leaving ActiveBrainAtlas/MouseBrainAtlas as the repository for use by the reviewers of the paper.
We are working towards analyzing the "New" stack. With the goal of getting it done before Yuncong stops at the end of september.
The processing will be done by a sequence of scripts and notebooks, broken to about 15 steps. *those notebooks and python scripts are stored in XXXXX
Steps done: 1-9 add a list here and specify target dates for each piece. For tomorrow (thu) break the single notebook into notebooks that are one per step.
Store settings in environment variables.
