During meeting

• Alex was introduced to Yaml. To do: write a test file using Yaml that encodes filepaths and implement in into the problematic parts of the code.

Plan for porting Yuncong's scripts (demos)

What I would like to have accomplished by our next Wednesday meeting:

• Organize configuration (yaml) and test on other old brains:
  • compute features Expand below into list of steps.
  • probability volumes
• Document last two steps HERE

New Brain from Hannah

• Not a priority
• New brain will be ready by Monday.
• Go through the new files of the new brain with Hannah and make sure it is all labeled properly. (we have a meeting scheduled Monday afternoon)
  • save the files onto S3
