- Begin cleaning documentation.
- Meet with Beth, determine what information should be readily available for certain brains.
- Create datajoint tables that point for the section files for all of the brains.
- Create code that can retrieve a desired section from either S3 or bird-store
- Follow alex's notes to create schema for Mouse, Atlas, alignment of atlas to brain.
- Create a joint repository under ActiveAtlas and get Vincent and Karel's people to put pointers to their githubs.
