Limb health

Each limb has 2 health values:

  • Skin health, how much the limb can bleed
  • Muscle health, how usable is the limb

Each value has a maximum of 100 and a minimum of 0.

The values are vsible in 2 ways:

  • on the bottom of the health panel
  • as a color of the limb; the outline becomes more red as skin health falls, the center becomes more red as the muscle health falls.

Skin health

Damaged skin causes following efects on a limb:

  • Chance of indection scaled with the amount missing
  • Increase maximum bleeding
  • Limb pain saled with the amount missing

Muscle health

Deppending on the limb damaged the effecta vary.

  • Head — if under 45 muscle health begin loosing consiousness scalling with the amount lost. If under 15 fall unconaious and increase the heal rate.

  • Chest — if under 4 muscle health enter lung faliure, causing respiratory arrest.

  • Legs/Feet — loose movement speed scaled with the amount lost

  • Arms — loose attack speed and damage scaled with the amount lost

  • Hands — loose attack apeed and damage scaled with the amount lost. Bellow 10 muscle health drop items in the corresponding hand.

When it comes to Left and Right hand, thr hand ypu have set in the main hand matters. So if your right hand has less than 10 muscle health, which is usualy the main hand of many players, you can swap your main hand to the left to continue using your main hand while loosing your offhand.

Restoring limb Health

Both skin and muscle health regenerate passively over time. Infection and shrapnel stop that regeneration

Many items additionaly restore limb health.
