Confirm notebooks are all being run through add passing CI

As part of updating notebooks for bioconductor 3.22, we will have to comment out running certain notebooks in the render script PRs to avoid errors when some notebooks are fixed but others are still pending.

The purpose of this issue is to ensure that after all updates have gone in, all notebooks are restored to run through CI and all are passing.
