• Advanced setting: "Double tap to open books". When enabled, opening a book from the hero card or an expanded shelf cover requires two taps. Off by default; regular shelf covers with the hero visible already work this way and are unaffected.

Bug fixes

• Frontlight icon updates promptly when toggled on/off from a gesture.
• Per-book "Refresh metadata" works in one tap again.
• Bulk "Refresh metadata" in selection mode now re-extracts the books it deletes from BIM, so they don't drop out of series/author/genre views.
• Hero selection border no longer clips against the top-left corner.
• Hairline gap between sigil and digits in cover badges (#N, pN, ×N, K/N, F/N).
• Breadcrumb crumbs no longer carry an "AUTHOR:/SERIES:/FOLDER:" prefix.
• "Start with" radio reads "bookshelf" lowercase, matching the other options.
