Improvements

• Faster hero rebuilds and shelf paginations. The cover-scaling cache is now shared across hero and shelf views, so flipping between them (preview taps, chip switches, back-and-forth paginations) reuses work instead of redoing it.

Bug fixes

• Editing the title line in the hero (bold toggle, font size) no longer loses its tight line spacing until you switch books and back.
