Release list
DamageCounter v1.3.0
Live fights
Fights now update while you are fighting, instead of only appearing once combat ends. The encounter in progress shows up in the Fights list with a live badge, and its page refreshes on its own.
Fight numbers are now stable, so a link to a specific fight keeps pointing at that fight even after older ones roll off the list.
Healing done properly
- Healing now counts only the vitality actually restored
- Overhealing is tracked separately, so you can see how much of a heal was wasted on a character already at full health
- Armour restoration gets its own stats instead of being counted as healing
Hidden characters
NPCs that temporarily join your party used to sit in the leaderboard next to your actual characters. You can now hide any character with the eye button on its card, and bring it back from the new Settings page. Nothing is deleted: the mod keeps tracking hidden characters, they are simply left out of the pages.
Smaller things
- Toggle in the header to switch between abbreviated numbers (311K) and full ones (310,963)
!dcprobenow also reports fields it could not read, not just missing hit flags
Skill icons are still not bundled (they are Larian assets): drop your extracted icon_assets folder next to the exe, see the README.
The matching mod update is on the Steam Workshop.

DamageCounter v1.2.0
Per-fight tracking
Every combat encounter is now recorded separately. The new Fights page lists your encounters with map name, date, party members and the enemies you faced; opening one shows a full recap of that single fight: player cards, the complete stats table and the spells each character used during it.
New stats
- Damage by element: fire, physical, poison, air, water, earth and any type your mods add, both dealt and taken
- Armour vs vitality: how much of your damage was eaten by armour and how much actually hit vitality (and the same for damage taken)
- Crowd control: stuns, knockdowns, freezes, charms and more, counted only when they actually land (CC absorbed by armour is not counted)
Interface
- Group filter buttons on the stats tables: Offense, Defense, Support, Friendly fire, Misc
- Fights, leaderboard and spells pages now share the same components, so the numbers and the layout stay consistent everywhere
Skill icons are still not bundled (they are Larian assets): drop your extracted icon_assets folder next to the exe, see the README.
The matching mod update is live on the Steam Workshop.

DamageCounter v1.1.0
What''s new
- Run browser: the leaderboard header now has a selector to switch between the live game and any archived run (past playthroughs/saves). Archived runs are labeled with date, profile and party members, URLs are shareable, and the spells page follows the selected run.
- Host detection: each player in the exported JSON carries an
isHostflag, and archived runs are now always filed under the host''s profile (previously the owning profile could nondeterministically be a guest''s in multiplayer). - New API endpoints:
/api/runsand/api/stats?run=<profile>/<runId>.
Skill icons are still not bundled (Larian assets): drop your extracted icon_assets folder next to the exe - see the README.
The updated mod is on the Steam Workshop.

DamageCounter v1.0.0
First release of DamageCounter: combat statistics tracker for Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition.
Desktop app (this download)
DamageCounter-v1.0.0-win64.zip: unzip anywhere and run DamageCounter\DamageCounter.exe. No Python or other installs required. It runs the dashboard server internally and shows the leaderboard and per-spell pages in a native dark window.
Skill icons are not included (they are Larian''s game assets and cannot be redistributed). To enable them, extract the atlases from the game''s Shared.pak and place them in an icon_assets folder next to the exe - full instructions in the README. Everything works without them; the pages just show no icons.
Requirements
- The game mod (see the repository''s
mod/folder and README for installation) with Norbyte''s Script Extender - Windows 64-bit
