Add dhcp service

firewall-cmd --add-service=dhcp --permanent

note. Adding the --permanent flag allows the change to be enabled even when the system is rebooted

Apply Changes

firewall-cmd --reload

firewall-cmd --list-all

note. If there is a network issue, check the nmtui GUI or the dhcpd.conf file


sudo dhcpd -t -cf /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf

sudo pkill dhcpd
