Collaborative teams driving the growth of the CeloHT ecosystem.
Working Groups (WGs) are community-led teams focused on specific areas of the CeloHT ecosystem. They allow contributors with shared interests and expertise to collaborate on initiatives, make recommendations, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Each Working Group operates transparently and reports its progress to the community.
Working Groups are created to:

- Improve collaboration.

Anyone who supports the mission of CeloHT may request to join a Working Group.
Members are expected to:

Each Working Group may appoint one or more coordinators responsible for:
- Organizing meetings.
- Tracking progress.
- Reporting outcomes.
- Facilitating discussions.
- Coordinating contributors.
Leadership is based on merit, participation, and community trust.
Working Groups may meet:
- Online
- In person
- During community events
- Through GitHub Discussions
Meeting notes and action items should be documented whenever practical.
Each Working Group is encouraged to publish regular updates, including:
- Current objectives
- Completed work
- Ongoing initiatives
- Challenges
- Upcoming milestones
This promotes transparency and keeps the community informed.
A proposal for a new Working Group should include:
