- Download and open the
.mcaddonfile with Minecraft Bedrock 26.40 or newer. - Activate Andy's Explorers Backpack in Behavior Packs. Its required Resource Pack should activate with it.
- If an existing world shows old UI or scripts, remove older copies of both packs before importing the current file.
Use this shaped recipe:
| Bundle | Leather | Bundle |
|---|---|---|
| Bundle | Tripwire Hook | Bundle |
| Bundle | Leather | Bundle |
The recipe unlocks when the player first touches a Bundle.
- Put the backpack in the off-hand to wear it and enable Magnet/Vacuum behavior.
- Use the backpack in open air for its menu, upgrades, settings, guidebook, and placement action.
- Use a deployed backpack to open its native storage UI.
- Sneak-use a deployed backpack to pack it up, subject to Owner Lock.
- Main, Bulk, and Camping tabs are mutually exclusive.
- Iron reinforcement: 64 Iron Ingots; expands 27 to 36 slots.
- Bulk Storage Roll: doubles the current storage page capacity.
- Sorting: condenses and orders compatible stacks when storage closes.
- Magnet: pulls nearby ground items to the player's feet without deleting overflow.
- Utility Pockets: unlock only the dedicated tools you actually carry.
See the Upgrade Cost Reference before gathering materials.
Paid capacity, modules, cosmetics, filter unlocks, and settings belong to the player. A replacement backpack restores those purchases but is empty. Contents remain tied to the physical backpack.
On an ordinary death, an equipped backpack can deploy at the death location as persistent storage. Netherite Protection prevents fire and lava destruction. The void always destroys the physical backpack and its contents.
