Compatibility and Troubleshooting
- Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.26.30 or newer
- Standard graphics and Vibrant Visuals / PBR
- Single-player, multiplayer, Realms, and dedicated servers
- Overworld, Nether, and End
- No experiments, cheats, operator permissions, or companion add-ons required
The Loaded Compass is vanilla-friendly: it does not replace the vanilla compass, lodestone, or any vanilla recipe. It only adds the separate Loaded Compass item and its recipe.
This add-on adjusts the player entity definition so the compass can display in the player's hand. Another add-on that also changes the player entity may conflict. If that happens, the pack order decides which player definition takes effect.
Try moving Andy's Loaded Compass above or below the other add-on in the active-pack order, then reopen the world.
Pick up an iron ingot at least once. That unlocks the Loaded Compass recipe.
Your selected lodestone is in a different dimension. Choose a target in your current dimension, or travel to the selected lodestone's dimension.
Its lodestone was broken. Bound lodestones are removed from your saved list when they no longer exist.
If its lodestone was broken while you were offline, the entry is cleaned up when you next play.
Confirm that the Behavior Pack is active in the world, not merely imported. Also confirm that you are holding a Loaded Compass rather than a vanilla compass.

- Other active add-ons and their load order
- What you did just before the issue occurred
