🟡 Browser CONNECT tunnels have no concurrency limit
Every authorized CONNECT spawns a detached tunnel task holding two sockets, with no concurrency cap and no idle timeout, whereas the DNS listener bounds in-flight work with a semaphore. A misbehaving or compromised browser holding the proxy token can open unbounded tunnels and exhaust file descriptors and memory.

The connect_proxy handler in src/lib.rs spawns an unbounded number of detached tunnel tasks (one per CONNECT), each holding two TCP sockets, with no concurrency limit or idle timeout. This contrasts with the egress_dns module which deliberately bounds concurrent work with a Semaphore (DNS_MAX_IN_FLIGHT) and per-connection read timeouts. Consider adding an owned-permit Semaphore (shared via AppState) that the proxy acquires before spawning the tunnel task, releasing it when the tunnel closes, so an authenticated but buggy/compromised browser cannot exhaust file descriptors and memory. An idle timeout on copy_bidirectional would also help reclaim leaked half-open tunnels.
