This release contains a refactor of v1.0.0. Most importantly, it introduces a script foldtree to run the pipeline like a black box, and makes it installable. Colab notebook, project structure, and documentation are updated.

This release includes:

1.1.0rc2

  • Added --conda-prefix and made snakemake envs to go to ~/.foldtree by default. This prevents snakemake creating the same environment again and again if run in different folders.

1.1.0rc1

  • Added a python wrapper for the main snakemake workflow
  • Restructured the project to make it installable
  • Split and minimized conda dependencies
