Fluentd Logging

1. Unified logging layer
2. collects all the data reagrdless of where they come form (prometheus, grafana, minitwit_service)
3. transforms the data in a unified format all in one place
4. does collection reliably, meaning if there is a network outage or data spikes, shouldn't mess up data collection (handles such cases)
5. configure routing in fluentd, meaning decide where the logs shoud be written (logs can be written from different applications to different logs)
6. send any data from any data source to any destination
7. we wrote logging data to log files at path var/log/fluentd
