BrowseBounds = { mode: "unrestricted"; } | { marginLy?: number; mode: "auto"; } | { centre: readonly [number, number, number]; mode: "sphere"; radiusLy: number; }

How much of the space a host lets the user browse. The map clamps both the cursor and the far zoom limit to it. getBounds reads this back as the host gave it, and not the shape the map works out from it.
