Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9/14/2026
Free Workout Interval Timer does not collect, store, or share any personal data. That's not a policy choice we're promising to keep — the app has no way to do it, because it has no internet connection, no account system, and no analytics of any kind.
None. The app doesn't ask for your name, email, location, health data, or any other personal information, and it has no account or sign-in of any kind.
Your saved workouts and app settings (things like cue volume, voice preference, and warmup/cooldown length) are stored only in local storage on your device, using Apple's on-device storage frameworks. This data never leaves your device — it isn't backed up to any server we operate, isn't synced to any account, and isn't visible to us in any way. Deleting the app deletes this data.
None. This app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services or software development kits (SDKs) of any kind.
If you enable spoken exercise announcements, the app uses Apple's built-in, on-device text-to-speech engine. No audio or text is sent anywhere — it's generated entirely on your device using voices already installed on it.
Because this app does not collect any data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect data from children either.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that requires collecting data — this page will be updated, and the "Effective date" above will change accordingly.
Questions about this policy can be sent by opening an issue at github.com/ElliottMiles/Free-Workout-Interval-Timer/issues.
