The development plan, actual time required, and dates during which each step occurred are outlined below. It contains the following phases:
- Design phase.
- v0.2.0: Ember client with v0.1 functionality (search by matrix code)
- v0.2.1: Ember client with v0.2 attribute search on a v0.1 database server, limited to those attributes that exist in the v0.1 database.
- v0.2.2: Server with v0.2 database structures
- v0.2.3: Server with re-seed v0.2 database with full Linotype dataset
- v0.2.4: Ember client with full v0.2 attribute search activated
- v0.2.5: Remaining UI/UX issues not addressed while implementing functionality of previous point releases.
Each point release concludes with a public deployment.
This phase includes:
- Design documentation
- Deploy the Ember client repo
- Groom deferred issues from v0.1 to select issues which must be addressed in v0.2 (client & server)
- UI-UX
