Name	Access level 3
Description	As a player, I want to access Level 3 after completing Level 2 and getting Key 2, so I can continue the NEXUS-9 story properly.
Acceptance Criteria	- The game should only allow entering Level 3 if the saved state shows that the player completed Level 2. - The game should check that the saved state has “Key 2” available before showing access to Level 3. - The game should display a screen or message blocking Level 3 if Key 2 isn’t available. - The game should keep the locked state when reopening the app. - The game should enable access to Level 3 immediately after confirming that “Key 2” has been obtained and Level 2 is completed.
