Name	Unlock Level 4
Description	As a player, I want to unlock level 4 after completing the server level, so I can continue my escape from NEXUS-9.
Acceptance Criteria	- The game should unlock Level 4 when the player has completed Level 3. - The game should base the unlocking of Level 4 on a verifiable persisted state (for example, "Key 3" or a completion flag). - When reopening the app, the game should keep Level 4 unlocked if Level 3 was completed. - The game should prevent the player from accessing Level 4 if Level 3 isn't completed. - The game should show the unlock with a progress UI consistent with the rest of the levels.
