Install CouchDB (version 1.6.1 or higher) on your backend server (Linux, Unix, Max OS X, Windows): http://couchdb.apache.org/ (See also the configuration instructions at the end of this document).
Copy/Paste and launch the backend app (PreisAdmin aka AdminApp) on backend server
Connect backend server to Internet- or WLAN-router with fixed IP-adress
Copy/Paste and launch the survey app (Preiserfasser aka SurveyApp) on tablets or desktops
Connect tablets or PC to IP-adress of the backend server
