03 Importing survey data

• Copy the testdata files on your backend server (contact us to get testdata for a 3 month period: www.lik.bfs.admin.ch).
• Launch AdminApp and go to tab “Import” and select the data from your file directory (“Datei auswählen”-button):
  • “Warenkorb” (Basket of goods and services): imports the basket in German, French and Italian: file starting with “ErhSch_”.
  • “Preismeldestellen” (Outlets): imports all shops of the current survey period: file starting with “PMS_”
  • “Preismeldungen” (Prices): imports all price data of the current survey period: files starting with “Prix_”
• Press button “Importieren” (import), when all files selected.
• The date of the last import is displayed to the right of the button when completed. Depending on the amount of data, the import can take several minutes.
• Note: Data must correspond to the same month! Next month's import overwrites all existing data.
