Go back to stock

The Turtle Beach firmware is not included here, but you can put it back at any time. Like every update, this erases your calibration and settings.

With VelocityOne Tuner (Windows)

Update the shifter in VelocityOne Tuner as usual. Tuner installs its own firmware over OpenShift.

With the web tool

You need the stock firmware file, VelocityOneTuner_Shift_Firmware.bin, which comes with VelocityOne Tuner.

1. Connect the shifter in the web tool and open the Firmware tab.
2. Choose A file on this computer and pick the .bin file.
3. Press Install stock firmware, then Erase and install.
4. If the page asks, press Allow update mode, pick VelocityOne Multi-Shift and press Connect.
5. Keep the shifter plugged in until the page says the stock firmware is installed.

Afterwards

Calibrate in VelocityOne Tuner, or in the web tool's Calibration tab, which works with stock firmware too.
