FEATURES
Choose a training plan for a sport or activity and follow structured training days A, B and C.
Exercises are connected to the machines they are intended for.
Machine information explains what the machine is used for and which main body areas it trains.
Calypstok remembers the weight used by the user on a physical machine.
This makes it easier to return to the same machine and continue training without having to remember the previous weight manually.
Exercises can use MIN / AVG / MAX repetition preferences so the user can choose whether to train closer to the lower, average or higher end of the prescribed repetition range.
Where available, an exercise can have alternative machines or exercises.
Alternatives are optional — they do not become additional mandatory exercise cards.
Completed workouts are recorded and can be viewed through the training calendar and Progress.
Several people can share one device (up to three). Each person keeps their own selected plan, workout history, and remembered machine weights.
Progress helps the user compare the weights used on machines over time.
Users can optionally keep basic body measurements in the same application.
These measurements are intended as a convenient personal record, not as medical analysis.
A daily checklist helps the user remember things to take to the gym.
The application supports Polish and English.
