Privacy

Calypstok is designed as a local-first workout app. The information you enter and generate while using the app is stored on your device so the app can provide its features.

What the app stores locally

Depending on how you use Calypstok, the app may store information such as:

  • your profile name;
  • the training plan you select;
  • completed workout and session history;
  • the weights you performed;
  • machine-related weight settings;
  • your training calendar and history;
  • optional body measurements you choose to enter;
  • application preferences such as your language.

This information is used to show your plans, run workouts, remember machine settings, and display history and calendar information in the app.

How it works

Calypstok keeps your data in local storage on the device. It does not require an online account to use the app, and your data is not uploaded to a cloud service.
