Release list
v1.0.6
v1.0.5
v1.0.4
Features
- Arch Linux package (.pkg.tar.zst) in releases
- Skill hit model (data mined)
- Six white ring bases (Bronze Ring, Iron Ring, Ring, Socket Ring, Primal Ring, Golden Ring)
- Five white amulet bases (Amulet, Locket, Talisman, Carcanet, Necklace)
- Item-granted skill ranks are rollable too (issue #136): "Stat Rolls" also lists every ranged "+[X-Y] to " bonus the item grants
- The affix picker lists one entry per affix family instead of one per tier
- Affix pools per item type (data mined)
- Roll sliders in the gear slot editor (issue #136)
- The gear slot configure panel is a single column of collapsible sections with an "Expand all / Collapse all" bar
- Cleaner rows in the gear slot editor
- Season 9 support removed
- Dropdowns (class, season, sort, random skill / element pickers) now match the item picker lists
- Items that roll "+X to Random Skill Element" (Phantom's Step, Captain's Anchor, Crow's Whisper, etc.) get an element picker in the gear slot, and the ranks land on the picked element's skills
Fixes
- Unholy affixes leaked into the normal "Add Affix" list on every item
- "+X to Random Skill Element" only worked when the base itself carried it (Phantom's Step). Rolled as an affix it did nothing: no stat key, no element picker in the gear slot, and the engine only rerouted the implicit
- Runeword presets were missing on white caster weapons (wands, canes, staves, tomes, spellblades), which were all typed "Spell" and matched no runeword
- Wooden Shield, Buckler, Aegis and Monarch had no socket data, so no shield runeword ever showed up on them
- Lone Mystic runeword was an empty stub: no base types, no stats
- Four affix families now count towards the build instead of sitting under "Not Yet Supported"
- Rolled affixes get their own "Affixes" heading in item tooltips, so they no longer run together with the section above
- Affix rows in the gear slot editor lead with the stat they grant and keep the roll name in brackets after it instead of showing only the name
- Item tooltips dropped the text of any affix whose value is printed without brackets
- Item tooltips showed the affix range instead of the value the roll actually landed on
- Orb of Frost: casts once per its 1.75 s cooldown and speeds up with Skill Haste instead of Faster Cast Rate
- Magic Skill Damage now means the five elements (fire, cold, lightning, poison, arcane): "+X to Magic Skill Damage" from items and the tree is a flat bonus to every elemental skill
- Heroic and Satanic Set rarity colors were swapped everywhere: Heroic is green, Satanic Set is lime
- Dragging an Unholy affix's roll slider silently swapped it for a different stat from the pool
- Deleting an item's "+X to Random Skill Element" line in the text editor changed nothing: the engine kept applying the base range
- Charm stars scale the skill ranks a charm grants (the engine now agrees)
- Zero-pinned rolls showed as the range minimum in Stat Rolls and as "+0 to " lines in tooltips
- Tooltips skipped star scaling on random-element implicits and on skill bonuses outside the granted-skill catalog
- Attack-speed skills (Death from Above, Explosive Kunai) showed "0.00 throws/s" rate row
- Rifle Gun bases never matched "when using a Gun" tree bonuses
- The left stats panel showed only the elemental slice of an attack skill's hit damage
- "Increased Total Spell Projectile Damage" tree lines parsed but moved no number
- Negative Skill Duration below -100% no longer flips hit-model DPS negative
- Affix pools go through the season patch layer like every other collection
- Removed from
Wraith Forged Cleaverincreased critical strike chance stat (@ChandlerFerry #142)

v1.0.3
Features
- Unholy slots: items with "Unholy" special effects list them as their own tooltip section
- Random Skill rolls: items that roll "+X to Random Skill" get a skill picker in the gear slot, and the ranks land on the picked skill
- Season 10 is now the default season. Everyone starts there unless they switch
- Item text editor: "Custom affixes" list — click a stat to insert a
[custom]implicit line
Fixes
- Celestial Might now actually converts elemental skill damage into arcane instead of being ignored
- Engineer's Mini Drone: "+[1-2] to All Skills" is Marksman-only, as the item says
- Class set bonuses: all 43 "+X to All Skills (Class)" 4-set bonuses now only pay out for that class
- Item text editor: deleting or replacing a base implicit line now removes it instead of re-adding it on save
- Fix skipping node link #2113
- Incarnation tree: Malicious Veins shows "+25% of Maximum life dealt as Arcane Damage"
- Incarnation tree: Vital Heart, First Aid, Rapid Mending and Vitalizing Charge are notables, as in game
- Crow's Whisper is 2-handed staff instead 1-handed wand
- C.Y.C.L.O.P.S. now pins gunner drones to 4 attacks/s
v1.0.2
Fixes
- Shadow Lantern was missing from the planner entirely
- Fix attack damage calculation
v1.0.1
Fixes
- Fix
Tire Firetags - Fix suggest nodes with attack skills
- Fix numbers on attack skills (left panel, stats)
- Fix amulet of Colosseum implicit is % Increased Attack Speed like in the game, not flat attacks per second
- Fix wand nodes works with everything, even unarmed
v1.0.0
New
- Season 10 - Full support for the new season: the incarnation tree and the ether tree with all their nodes and sprites, plus a season switch that carries your gear and skills over
- Season 10 balance - The S10 patch notes are in: rebalanced skills across all 18 classes, item changes, the Gurag set bonus and the ether stat updates. Late patch-notes rounds included: Envenom's rework (18% on-kill proc, spell tag, new scaling), Sand Carver's Parasitical Sand, a wave of incarnation node nerfs (Faster Cast Rate, Wizard's Mastery, Magister's Intellect, Mirage, elemental Touch nodes, Spell Projectile Damage), Glacier Talons' deep-frozen damage, the Unholy Cards ether node - and Hercules Grip now dual-wields polearms and claws too. The whole incarnation tree (all 2134 nodes and every link) is verified against the developer's own tree data
- Dual wielding - Put a second one-handed weapon in your offhand. Hercules Grip extends this to two-handed swords, maces and axes, Master of Wands to wands - and "when Dual Wielding" bonuses are counted
- Stash - Items you equip are snapshotted per build, so you can swap between setups without rebuilding them. When you re-equip from the stash, you choose where it goes: weapon or offhand, ring 1 or 2, any of the four potion slots
- Sub-skill trees - Every class now has its complete sub-skill trees, and the numbers on them feed your DPS
- Effective HP - See how much damage of each type you can actually take, with a defense summary in the Resistances card explaining what protects you
- Upgrade advisor - A Gear section that scans your slots, tells you where the biggest upgrades are hiding and jumps straight to the slot - empty slots included
- Diminishing returns - Stat curves work like in the game: gold find, magic find, movement speed, attack speed, faster cast rate, deadly blow and skill haste all show their effective value next to the raw total
- Interactive tutorial - A guided tour of the whole planner, from the tree to the loot filter. Opens once for new users and replays anytime from the
?button in the header - Build sharing on the web - Share any build to
hsplanner.appwith one click and open shared links right back in the desktop app - Unified share dialog - One Share window, three ways out: build code, Gist link or web link
- Loot filter - Build loot filters exactly like in the game, with a few comforts on top. Import and export work with the game's format
- Progression slider - Drag through your leveling path and watch the incarnation tree, ether tree and skills fill in at any point along the way
- Rebuilt build library - Builds show a richer preview: season, main skills, ether count, mercenary and EHP at a glance
- Item skill effects - 63 more item-granted skills carry real numbers instead of just a description. Permanent passives count automatically, temporary buffs are toggles under Config, and eight auras can be handed to your mercenary
- Mana paid in life - Items that pay part of your mana costs in life now show the life cost per cast and count it in sustain
- Built-in rainbow sockets - Tablet of Awakening sockets 2-4 are always rainbow, shown and calculated that way
- Skill point steps - Shift-click adds or removes 5 skill points at once, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift fills or clears the skill - same as attributes, and right-click works too
- UI scale - Pick your zoom (100-200%) in Settings > Display. High-resolution displays start at a comfortable size out of the box
- Undo / redo - Step back through your last 50 changes with hotkeys
Improved
- Minion damage - Sentries, summons and guardians now have real DPS: it multiplies by how many you field (a maxed Multitude shows its "Sentry count x17" right above the number), they swing at their own attack speed instead of your cast rate, and Config gets a base attack rate knob for each kind
- Sentries are not summons - Sentry, Summon and Guardian are three different things and their stats no longer bleed into each other. Several sub-skills that silently did nothing because they sat on the wrong stat now work, and the panels tell your spawn rate apart from the entity's own attack rate
- Ailments on swarm builds - Burning, bleeding and poison uptime now counts how often your build actually hits. One slow cast behaves as before, but a drone swarm keeps the ailment up - Gunner Drone with Burning Shot burns ~82% of the time instead of a misleading 4%
- Multicast - Multicast re-casts spells; it no longer inflates sentries, summons or guardians, which are spawned, not cast
- Tag bonuses - "+X to Sentry Skills", tag-scoped damage affixes and entity attack-speed / maximum-amount bonuses now reach every skill with the right tag, and a few affixes that never applied (like "+X to Explosion Skills") finally do. The skill details panel shows which items grant the extra ranks
- Sub-skills that change tags - Transmutations that rewrite a skill's tags (Ancient Device turning Death from Above into a Sentry, Nanodrones making Gunner Drone explode) feed the calculations and show on the skill card - added tags highlighted, removed ones struck through
- Sub-skill overlay - Redrawn in the skill tree's visual language: round node frames, gold rings on allocated nodes, a board tinted by the skill's damage type - and it scales to your window so nothing gets cut off
- Incarnation node tags - S10 incarnation nodes list their skill tags (Melee, Projectile, Summon, ...) in the tooltip, matching the game exactly
- Config tab - Two columns on wide windows instead of one long scroll, and panels that can't affect your build hide themselves. Enemy condition labels are tinted by element
- Damage formula - Attacker math follows the game: deadly blow procs at 1.35x scaled by effectiveness, extra-damage modifiers combine into one multiplier, and skill attack damage multiplies on top of gear
- DPS summary - Spell crit and true cast rate are part of the number
- Suggest - Spends your whole point budget and keeps existing swaps on paid restarts
- Net change & Compare - Damage rows report percentage change instead of a raw delta
- Gear tooltips in shared builds - Forged mods, augments, socket stats, stars and custom affixes all render on the web
- Changelog view - Color-coded sections so you can skim what's new
- Augment icons - Angelic augments show their game sprite in the picker and on the slot
- Item art - 120 more items show their in-game sprite in the picker, on gear slots and in the stash: most common bases, plus missing heroic, satanic and set pieces, rings and Hand of Midas
- UI polish - Cleaner labels, consistent modal sizing, mechanic colors in the ether tree, a reworked gear tab, and a subtler rainbow socket badge
- The extra charm slot is a toggle
- Delete buttons need a short hold, so nothing vanishes by accident
- Switching tabs is faster
Fixes
- The Linux AppImage starts again on modern distros. No more white screen
- Skill cards in Stats show the real skill level: item "+X to Skills" ranks count in the header, and mana cost scales with that rank like in the game (shared web builds too) instead of always showing the rank 1 cost
- Shaman and Redneck passives now match the game: Earth's Grace, Spiritual Guide, Moonshine Madness, Durable Wear, Logger's Endurance and Chainsaw Mastery grant percent-based stats, Spontaneous Combustion uses the corrected formula, and five Redneck skills sit in their real tree columns
- Glacier Talons now simply lowers its proc to 4% for S10 instead of showing the nerf as a second uncalculated mod
- Cold items no longer mix up frozen and frostbite, and temporary buff skills no longer leak into passive stats
- Long stat values no longer overlap or overflow in the left panel and skill details
- The ether tree follows season changes
- Missing resistances count as room to cap
- The build library preview matches the main app's calculations
- Two skills with the same name no longer collide in the main skill rows
- The upgrade advisor skips the offhand when a two-handed weapon locks it
- Shared builds show attribute names instead of raw keys
hsp://links open reliably on macOS- Web sharing works from the desktop app again
- Explosive Kunai scales with attack speed, as in the game
- Builds save properly after changing class or when created without a name
- Tree zoom and page scroll no longer fight over the mouse wheel
- Suggest uses every point you give it
- Fixed a crash on certain sub-skills and an EHP tooltip spilling off-screen
- Dropdown menus near the bottom of the window open upward instead of off-screen
- Two S10 incarnation nodes sat stacked on the same spot; positions now match the developer's corrected tree data, so pathing through that area works
- S10 jewelry sockets and black holes lost their identity in the import: sockets are back as big nodes with the socket art and gems can be socketed again, black holes show their whirl-gate art at full size and warp pathing works
- Gems, runes and jewels show their sprites again in the tree socket window (a stale asset path left every entry as a colored diamond)
