Changes to the Minecraft plugin are listed in the Plugin Changelog.
- Service: Free trial purchases are now processed reliably: right after checkout you receive your account email and the trial licence is set up. If you tried the trial earlier and received nothing, simply start it again or contact info@skin-creator.com.
- Website: Download links to the plugin's SpigotMC and CurseForge pages in the features section and the footer.
- Website: The start page now shows the SkinCreator trailer video.
- Dashboard: New "Activities" page: admins and owners see an audit log of all changes in their account — servers, licences, payments, members, packs and settings — with who did what and when, filterable by type.
- Service: All account changes are now recorded in an audit trail, including changes made by the system (for example payment processing).
- Website: Links to the documentation and this changelog in the FAQ and the footer.
- Website: The website loads faster and is also available as a German start page at skin-creator.com/de.
- Website: New FAQ entries: why selling skins as a VIP perk complies with Mojang's usage guidelines, what happens when the SkinCreator service is unavailable, and which other plugins SkinCreator works with.
- Editor (2.2.0 to 2.2.2): Uploading your own skin file in the browser no longer hangs after selecting the file.
- Editor: Asks before leaving a skin with unsaved changes.
- Editor: Tooltips on the editor tabs; the tab with the saved skins has a new list icon.
- Editor: The skin-creator.com badge in the bottom left corner is visible again; corrected German name of the light skin tones.
- Service: Switching skins in the wardrobe no longer fails in rare cases.
- Website: SkinsRestorer is no longer listed as a requirement (see plugin 1.5.0).
- Editor (2.1.3): Skins with a missing texture show a fallback texture instead of failing to load.
- Editor: When saving, the editor checks that the name is not empty and not already used by another of your skins.
- Editor: Clearer error messages, also on mobile devices.
- Dashboard: Step-by-step guide for creating your own MineSkin API key.
- Service: A MineSkin API key is checked when you save it, so an invalid key is noticed right away.
- Dashboard: Customers (tenants) can be renamed.
- Website: FAQ about proxy networks and the skin limit per player.
- Editor (2.1.0 to 2.1.2): Respects the server setting for static skins: if your server doesn't allow uploading own skin files, the upload is hidden.
- Editor: Language preview, new calendar textures, and you return to the skin list after updating a skin.
- Service: Skin names are checked (not empty, at most 255 characters).
- Website: The setup steps mention the Server Secret.
- Service: The company name from the checkout is used as the customer name, and e-mails are sent in the buyer's language.

mc.skin-creator.com: try SkinCreator without your own server. - Service: Skins from the old standalone plugin can be imported on request.
- Service / Dashboard: Player data retention: data of players who haven't been active for a set time (90 to 365 days, default 365) is deleted automatically. You set the period in the customer settings.
- Service: E-mails are sent in the language of your dashboard (German or English).
- Dashboard: Custom skin packs: upload your own skin parts, set colors and permissions per part.
- Dashboard: Per server: a website link that the editor shows as a home button.
- Service: The editor shows which skin the player is currently wearing.
