Team and Account
A tenant is your organization in the Dashboard. Licences, servers, custom packs and the players' skins belong to it. You find its settings in the user menu → Tenant.
Invite more admins by e-mail under Tenant → Team. The invited person accepts the invitation in their Dashboard and joins as a member. Pending invitations can be revoked.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | everything, including changing roles, renaming and deleting the tenant |
| Admin | manage servers, licences, packs and invitations; remove members |
| Member | view everything, change nothing |
There is exactly one owner. The owner can't leave the tenant, only delete it.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| MineSkin API key | See below |
| Token lifetime (hours) | How long the editor link from /skincreator edit keeps the player logged in. Default: 24 hours. |
| Delete player data after | Data of players who haven't played on your servers for this many days is deleted, including their skins. 90 to 365 days, default 365. |
Minecraft only shows skins that are signed by Mojang. SkinCreator signs every saved skin through MineSkin.
Without your own key, your servers share a MineSkin quota with other customers. Saving a skin can then take longer or fail when many skins are saved at the same time. With your own key (a free MineSkin account is enough), your players have their own quota.
The Dashboard has a step-by-step guide under Tenant. Leave Allowed Origins/IPs/User-Agents empty when you create the key at MineSkin. The key is checked when you save it.
In the user menu → Account you can change your language, which is also used for our e-mails. The user menu also lets you reset your password.
