INSANITY001: ModID MSBuild property is missing

The consumer project is required to have a ModID property defined in the csproj file for correct source generation.

Consider using the template csproj file setup for automatic reading of ModID from the modinfo.json

Expected csproj content:

<PropertyGroup>
  <ModID>mymodid</ModID>
</PropertyGroup>

<ItemGroup>
  <CompilerVisibleProperty Include="ModID" />
</ItemGroup>
