Update translations

Automatically creates a pull request with new translations from crowdin (using dropbox link as provided by VintageTranslation project)

Setup

New yaml file under ".github/workflows"

simply configure MOD_LANG_PATH to point to your lang folder and configure TRANSLATION_ZIP to have the name of the zip on dropbox (this is normally just modid-author.zip)

Will run automatically every day and can also be triggered manually.
