OpenXR Specification 1.1.46 (2025-03-04)

This release includes a new ratified Khronos extension, new vendor extensions,
and the ratification of several existing multi-vendor extensions. (Ratification
of EXT extensions primarily affects runtime developers; see the extension
process link in the following changelogs for details.) This release also makes
some small usability improvements to the generated components of the
specification.
