依序檢查四件事：

檢查	內容
frontend	從 conf.json 發現 API（只有提供 --host 時執行）
api	API 是否可達，附往返時間
authentication	目前憑證是否有效，顯示對應的使用者
project	預設專案是否存在且可存取

沒有憑證或沒有選定專案時，對應項目會標記為 pending 而不是 error。輸出不包含 token。

--host 與 --api-url 互斥。

產生一份可以安心貼進 issue 的 zip，內含四個 JSON 檔：

檔案	內容
system.json	CLI 版本、commit、建置時間、Go 版本、OS、架構、contract 版本
config.json	設定「是否存在」的布林值與數量（profile 數、是否有憑證等）
checks.json	API／authentication／project 的 ok、pending 或 error 狀態碼與延遲
manifest.json	格式版本、建立時間與隱私聲明

不會包含什麼

URL、hostname、使用者名稱、專案與 profile 名稱、工作目錄、環境變數值、request 或 response body、 原始 log、以及任何 credential。

寫檔前，CLI 會拿本次執行實際觀察到的敏感值（token、使用者名稱、專案名稱等）去掃描未壓縮的 bundle 內容；一旦命中就拒絕寫檔並回報 diagnostic_redaction_failed。

其他保證

• Bundle 只在本機建立，永遠不會自動上傳。
• 輸出檔與 zip entry 的權限都是 0600。
• 預設不覆寫既有檔案，需要明確加上 --force。
• manifest.format 目前是 1，與 CLI 的 JSON contract 版本各自獨立演進。
