Secret 處理

Webhook 的 signing secret 只會送往 Taiga API，不會出現在成功輸出、list 結果或 dry-run 中。要輪替 secret 就重新執行 webhook edit --secret。

測試投遞

webhook test 是要求 Taiga server 自己發送一次測試事件，並回報 server 記錄的投遞結果。CLI 不會直接 連線到你的第三方 URL，因此這個指令驗證的是 Taiga 到目標端點的連通性，而不是你本機的網路。
