共通約定

• 工作項目可用裸 ref、project#ref 或 Taiga 網址指定。
• 需要專案的指令會依序使用 --project、TAIGA_PROJECT、Git-local 設定、profile 預設值。
• 破壞性操作在非互動模式下必須提供 --yes。
• 支援寫入的指令幾乎都提供 --dry-run，它會解析與驗證但不送出任何寫入請求。
