The goal of this group project is to improve our technical skills and to experience key lessons of software development. As a team, we are going to learn how to cooperate and communicate effectively by participating in every stage of software development.
The Agile development approach will be followed and supporting project management tools will be used for tracking progress against the plan, communicating about estimates, plans and progress, and then refining the plan based on our observations.
