Objectives of meeting

1. Show the changes to the k-9 mail application made by Line and Charles to the TA
2. Discuss the work and features to be implemented in Sprint 2

Notes

1. Things to do
   • The README.md should be updated. Give a brief introduction/elevator pitch to the project we are currently working on. Michael has volunteered to complete it.
   • For sprint 2, the team should create a picture of what the UI would look like. A mock-up and not the actual implementation.
   • The TA and the team have agreed to implement email templates as our first feature for sprint 2. Seven templates will be added to the application for which, each team member will have to implement one template.
   • We have decided on Story Points for the new feature and the tasks breakdown. This is all done by Wednesday for the TA.
2. Remaining work
   • Understand Project
     • The flow of the application is still not clear. It is necessary to keep looking at the k9mail repo and look at previous issues and how they were implemented to better understand.

SIDE NOTE:

• Teacher wants us to follow his repository example.
• Ran into the issue of Tavis CI build. Should the team change the repository from private to public?
